About Us Given the size of Rough Close (or lack of it!), the casual visitor may be forgiven for wondering why a facility like this is necessary. Well, during the recent long running battle to stop the redevelopment of the George & Dragon, it became evident that some kind of mechanism was required to keep the local community informed of developments.
